2.V5 doesn't support hot-swappable SD cards. Forced hot-swappable SD card may cause SD card damaged. Please turn off V5 before replace the SD card.

3.SD card is under the state of high-speed reading and writing when recording and playback, ，direct shutdown may cause the SD card data lost or error. Please return preview mode before power off.

4.SD card quality will affect V5 work speed. If user find booting time become longer after replacement of SD card and keys reaction slows down, please replace authentic SD card. V5 doesn't support the FAT32 SD card, please use FAT to format.

5.The external camera current maximum support 120 mA (12V). When user equip or replace the camera, if the current is over loading, please use external power supply, you can enquiry camera suppliers on relevant parameter.

6.Software version can be checked in the menu memory management. If it is not the latest version, you can download relevant upgrade package in our website and update by SD card. As regarding specific upgrade method, please refer to software upgrade instruction.

7.Upgrade Note: upgrade will format flash memory, please backup all data before upgrade. Don't cut power in the course of upgrade, or it will cause upgrade failure, can't turn on DVR, etc.
